Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, Hyperion Partners is a premier technology healthcare and telecommunications master agent. The company serves as a strategic bridge between major telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, and enterprise customers. Hyperion specializes in providing comprehensive mobility solutions, including cellular connectivity, hardware procurement, and professional services. Their market presence is defined by an exclusive relationship with T-Mobile as a Master Agent, which allows them to deliver specialized wireless solutions that are often unavailable through standard retail or business channels.
Hyperion’s core business focus is on simplifying the complexity of the mobility lifecycle. They cater to a broad range of industries, including healthcare, logistics, retail, and the public sector, helping organizations navigate the shift to 5G and the expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT). Their service suite encompasses everything from initial solution design and carrier negotiations to device kitting, deployment, and ongoing managed services. Over the past decade, Hyperion has evolved from a niche consulting firm into a dominant force in the telecommunications space, recognized for its ability to execute large-scale, multi-state deployments for Fortune 500 companies. Their growth is underpinned by a robust partner program that empowers sub-agents and VARs (Value Added Resellers) with the tools and carrier access needed to close complex enterprise deals.
Positioning
Hyperion Partners positions itself as a strategic enabler of enterprise mobility, moving beyond the role of a traditional middleman to become a "full-service technology powerhouse." Their market positioning is centered on the concept of "Connectivity Simplified." In a crowded marketplace of hardware vendors and network providers, Hyperion carves out a unique space by being the single point of contact for the entire mobility stack. Their messaging emphasizes reliability, scalability, and exclusive access, targeting IT directors and CTOs who are overwhelmed by the fragmented nature of mobile deployments.
Compared to large global integrators, Hyperion positions itself as more nimble and specialized, offering deeper carrier-specific expertise. Compared to local resellers, they offer superior scale and national reach. Their brand positioning is built on the pillars of "Expertise, Execution, and Excellence," highlighting their ability to handle the "dirty work" of staging and logistics that many software-focused firms avoid. By aligning themselves closely with the 5G revolution, Hyperion positions its services as essential infrastructure for the modern, mobile-first enterprise, framing their offerings not just as a utility, but as a competitive advantage for their clients.
Differentiation
The primary product differentiator for Hyperion Partners lies in their ability to offer "complete-solution-in-a-box" offerings that integrate hardware, software, and connectivity into a single SKU. While many competitors provide these components separately, Hyperion’s technical advantage comes from their deep integration with major carriers like T-Mobile, allowing them to offer exclusive rate plans and specialized network access that others cannot. Their product portfolio is particularly strong in the IoT and M2M (Machine to Machine) sectors, featuring custom-configured routers, tablets, and ruggedized devices that are pre-provisioned and ready for immediate deployment. Furthermore, their proprietary management platforms allow enterprises to gain granular visibility into data usage and device health across thousands of endpoints. By combining professional services—such as kitting, staging, and logistics—with cutting-edge 5G hardware, Hyperion provides a turnkey mobility ecosystem that reduces the total cost of ownership and accelerates time-to-market for complex enterprise rollouts.
Ideal Customer Profile
The ideal Hyperion Partners customer is a mid-to-large enterprise or public sector entity with a significant mobile footprint (typically 250+ devices). They usually operate in industries like construction, healthcare, retail, or transportation where 'deskless workers' are the majority. These organizations often have lean IT teams that lack the bandwidth to manually unbox, kit, and configure devices at scale. They prioritize operational uptime and are looking for a 'single pane of glass' to manage hardware from multiple OEMs (Apple, Samsung, Zebra) and connectivity from multiple carriers.
Best Fit
Hyperion Partners is the ideal choice for organizations navigating the 'Mobility Gap'—the space between purchasing hardware and achieving a fully operational mobile workforce. They excel in:
- Complex Multi-Carrier Environments: If your organization uses multiple cellular providers and needs a single point of management for billing and provisioning.
- Rapid Large-Scale Deployments: Companies needing to roll out thousands of pre-configured devices (tablets, handhelds, or IoT sensors) across dispersed geographic locations.
- Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Transition: Businesses looking to replace traditional wireline internet with 5G primary or failover connectivity.
- Public Sector & Rugged Requirements: Organizations in construction, logistics, or public safety that require specialized ruggedized hardware paired with secure, private network layers.
Offerings
Hyperion’s offerings are categorized into four main pillars:
- Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS): A turnkey solution covering procurement, staging, kitting, and deployment.
- Connectivity & IoT: Sourcing and managing cellular data plans, including specialized IoT SIMs and high-bandwidth 5G for fixed locations.
- Lifecycle Management: Ongoing support, MDM management, and eventually, certified device retirement and buy-back.
