Accelerate Digital Innovation with Lunavi Cloud & Data Solutions
Lunavi is a leading managed services provider and digital consultant specializing in Microsoft Azure cloud migration, app modernization, and data innovation.
Overview
Lunavi is a premier managed services provider, technology consultant, and digital transformation partner headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with a significant global footprint. Formed through the merger of Green House Data and Deliveron Consulting Services, the company combines decades of experience in enterprise-grade infrastructure with cutting-edge software development and data engineering capabilities.
Lunavi’s core business focuses on helping organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation, specifically within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Their service portfolio is broad, encompassing cloud migration, application modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and 24/7 managed services. They serve a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, and manufacturing, typically targeting mid-market to enterprise-level organizations that require high-touch support and strategic guidance.
With a strong emphasis on the "Human Side of Technology," Lunavi has established itself as a top-tier Microsoft Solutions Partner. Their market presence is defined by their ability to solve "wicked problems"—complex challenges that involve legacy debt, siloed data, and cultural resistance to change. Over the years, Lunavi has evolved from a colocation and hosting provider into a sophisticated digital consultancy, reflecting the broader market shift toward cloud-native architectures and data-driven decision-making. Today, they are recognized for their ability to deliver end-to-end solutions that modernize the technology stack while empowering the workforce that uses it.
Positioning
Lunavi positions itself as the "Strategic Navigator" in the crowded IT services market. While large-scale systems integrators focus on volume and specialized niche firms focus on narrow silos, Lunavi occupies the "sweet spot" of being large enough to handle complex, global enterprise projects while remaining agile and personalized enough to provide executive-level attention.
Their brand positioning is centered on three core pillars:
- Modernize: Transforming legacy systems into agile, cloud-forward environments.
- Innovate: Utilizing data, AI, and custom software to create new business value.
- Optimize: Providing ongoing managed services that ensure security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
In their messaging, Lunavi differentiates from competitors by focusing on "Digital Evolution" rather than just "Digital Transformation." This subtle shift emphasizes that technology change is an ongoing journey rather than a one-time destination. They frequently highlight their "Azure Expert MSP" status—a rigorous certification held by only a small fraction of Microsoft partners—to signal technical superiority and reliability. By positioning themselves as a partner that understands both the "bits and bytes" of infrastructure and the "dollars and cents" of business strategy, Lunavi appeals to CIOs and CTOs who need a consultant capable of speaking both languages.
Differentiation
The Lunavi product and service suite is characterized by its deep integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, holding numerous Azure Specializations that place them in the top tier of global partners. Their differentiation lies in their holistic "Cloud-Native" approach, which goes beyond simple lift-and-shift migrations to provide comprehensive application modernization and refactoring.
Key technical advantages include:
- Modern Application Development: Leveraging serverless architectures, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes) to build scalable, resilient software.
- Data & AI Frameworks: Proprietary methodologies for data estate modernization that enable businesses to move from raw data to actionable AI and machine learning insights.
- Managed Services with a "Security-First" Lens: Their managed services aren't just about maintenance; they include continuous optimization, cost management (FinOps), and integrated cybersecurity monitoring through a 24/7 SOC.
- Agile Delivery Excellence: Lunavi utilizes a refined agile process that emphasizes rapid prototyping and iterative delivery, ensuring that software products meet user needs and market demands faster than traditional development cycles.
By combining infrastructure expertise with high-end software engineering, Lunavi provides a single-source solution for the entire digital lifecycle, reducing the friction typically found when working with separate hosting and development firms.
