Mosaic Networx: Optimize Your Global Network with Managed SD-WAN
Mosaic Networx provides global SD-WAN, SASE, and cybersecurity solutions for mid-market and enterprise firms through a simplified, carrier-agnostic platform.
Overview
Mosaic Networx is a premier Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in the delivery of strategic network and security solutions for the modern distributed enterprise. Founded to address the growing complexity of global wide-area networking, Mosaic focuses on simplifying the design, deployment, and management of SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud connectivity.
The company serves a diverse range of industries, including financial services, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing, with a particular focus on organizations transitioning from legacy MPLS architectures to more agile, software-defined environments. Mosaic’s core value proposition lies in its ability to aggregate hundreds of disparate global carriers into a single, cohesive network infrastructure, backed by a 24/7/365 US-based Network Operations Center.
Historically, Mosaic has evolved from a traditional telecommunications brokerage into a full-scale technology services firm. Today, their portfolio encompasses:
- SD-WAN as a Service: Fully managed software-defined networking that optimizes traffic flow and improves application performance.
- Cybersecurity & SASE: Comprehensive edge security solutions including ZTNA, CASB, and secure web gateways.
- Global Transport: High-bandwidth internet, private line, and wireless failover services sourced from a global ecosystem of providers.
- Professional Services: Expert-led network design, site surveys, and global project management.
Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mosaic Networx maintains a significant market presence by offering the scale of a global carrier with the agility and personalized attention of a specialized consultancy. Their focus remains on helping enterprises navigate the "Cloud-First" era by providing reliable, secure, and scalable digital infrastructure.
Positioning
Mosaic Networx positions itself as the "Strategic Integrator for the Distributed Enterprise." They occupy a unique space in the market: more agile and customer-centric than "Tier 1" telecommunications giants like AT&T or Verizon, yet more globally capable and technically specialized than regional MSPs.
Their competitive positioning strategy is built on three pillars:
- The Antidote to Complexity: Mosaic’s messaging focuses heavily on "Simplification." They target IT directors and CIOs who are overwhelmed by managing dozens of different carrier contracts and the technical debt of legacy hardware.
- Carrier Neutrality: A key differentiator in their positioning is the "Advocate" status. By not owning the underlying fiber, they position themselves as an objective partner whose only goal is to find the best-performing path for the client’s data.
- Consolidation of Network and Security: As the market shifts toward SASE, Mosaic has aggressively positioned itself as a leader in converging networking and security. They emphasize that a network is only as good as its security posture, moving the conversation away from "bandwidth prices" and toward "business resilience."
In contrast to competitors who may offer automated, self-service portals with little human support, Mosaic positions its "White Glove" service as a premium standard, targeting mid-to-large enterprises where downtime has significant financial consequences and high-level expertise is non-negotiable.
Differentiation
The Mosaic product suite is defined by its ability to orchestrate complex, multi-vendor environments into a unified, manageable service. Their flagship offering centers on SD-WAN and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) integration, where they differentiate by providing a "best-of-breed" technology stack rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
Key technical advantages include:
- Global Transport Aggregation: Mosaic manages the procurement, installation, and billing of hundreds of diverse transport providers worldwide, delivering a single consolidated invoice and a single point of contact for support.
- Deep SASE Integration: Unlike providers that treat security as an add-on, Mosaic integrates security natively into the network architecture, utilizing top-tier partnerships with leaders like Fortinet and VMware to deliver zero-trust network access (ZTNA) and firewall-as-a-service (FWaaS).
- Proactive Monitoring and Remediation: Their Network Operations Center (NOC) utilizes advanced AI-driven analytics to identify and remediate circuit issues before they impact the end-user experience, often resolving carrier-level outages without client intervention.
- Strategic Cloud On-Ramping: Their products are optimized for high-performance connectivity to major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring that distributed workforces have low-latency access to mission-critical SaaS applications.
By abstracting the complexity of the underlying physical infrastructure, Mosaic allows IT leaders to focus on policy and performance rather than circuit troubleshooting and vendor management.
Ideal Customer Profile
